Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Edifier account or visit our support portal with your order number and email address to start the return process.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Our support team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your audio equipment in its original packaging, including all accessories and cables, and attach the provided shipping label.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
